Please note that from 1 January 2021, we will no longer be able to accept cheque payments into your James Hay products.

You can continue to make payments in by electronic bank transfer (BACS, CHAPS or Faster Payments) or by setting up a Direct Debit. Your product bank account details can be found on the Trustee Cash screen of your James Hay Online account.

You may also provide us with a written instruction to transfer money from your GIA or Investment Portfolio bank account to another James Hay product that you hold.

If details of your payments are not provided on your product application form, please also send us the relevant documents, such as contribution/ subscription forms or Direct Debit mandates. These are available from the Literature pages of our website.
