Apply Online, or Register and Login


To apply for the James Hay iSIPP, you must first register for access to the James Hay Online service.

The registration process is straightforward and will give you access to an excellent range of tools and information to manage the SIPP.

To register, click the appropriate button opposite. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to login to James Hay Online and apply.

Everything you need to know


To fully experience our web services as intended, James Hay recommend customers use the latest version of their chosen web browser.

If you are upgrading your web browser we recommend the latest free versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

Screen Resolution

The James Hay site is best viewed at a resolution of 1024x768 pixels or greater. In order to change the screen resolution on Windows XP, go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Display and change the screen area to 1024x768 pixels or greater. On a Mac, go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Display in order to change the screen resolution.

Colour

The James Hay site is best viewed at a colour-depth of greater than 256 colours (16bit). In order to change the screen colour settings on Windows XP, go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Display and change colour depth to greater than 16bit. On a Mac, go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Display in order to change the colour depth.

Partially Sighted Customers

James Hay has improved the accessibility of its website for blind and partially sighted customers. We have done this through the use of our own website accessibility guidelines in consultation with the RNIB and by following as far as possible, the guidelines established by the official Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

Windows PC Requirements

To use the site effectively your PC should operate one of the following web browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or greater
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox

Mac Requirements

To use the site effectively your Mac should operate one of the following web browsers:

To use the site effectively your iPad should operate one of the following web browsers:

Android Requirements

To use the site effectively your Android tablet or phone should operate one of the following web browsers:

  • Google Chrome (Each manufacturer provides their own version of the Android browser, which should work very similarly to Chrome)

We recommend you keep up-to-date with latest version of each of these browsers for the fastest and most secure experience.

Other Browsers

The James Hay site is optimised for use with the browsers listed above and whilst we do everything we can to make the site accessible to all it may not display correctly in older versions or other browsers.
