- The Wrap Offshore Bond is provided and administered by Scottish Provident International Life Assurance Limited SPILA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Resolution plc, and a provider of investment, life assurance and retirement planning products. SPILA is regulated by the Isle of Man Government Insurance and Pensions Authority and is a member of the Association of International Life Offices
- Holders of policies issued by SPILA will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme established under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 if it is unable to meet its liabilities to them
- SPILA investors receive the protection of the Isle of Man Life Assurance (Compensation to Policyholders) Regulations 1991
- SPILA reserves the right to adjust the return for investment to reflect any levy or charge made on us under the Isle of Man Life Assurance (Compensation of Policyholders) Regulations 1991 or similar legislation
