Pension flexibility for business owners

Our Small Self Administered Scheme (SSAS) service offers business owners choice, flexibility and competitive fees while building a pension fund. But above all we find that both clients and financial advisers choose the James Hay Partnership because we can bring genuine administrative expertise to bear on the often complex issues that arise in running a pension scheme.

Highly competitive and flexible, the James Hay SSAS service offers exceptional investment choice. The SSAS is a whole of market service, offering you control of your pension arrangements by allowing access to the full range of investment opportunities permitted by HM Revenue & Customs.

Our SSAS team comes with a reputation in the pensions industry for the highest standards of pension administration and service.

Product Features

Choice and flexibility
The widest possible range of investment choices for your SSAS.

Consolidation and control
Combine past pension funds, putting them all in one place so they can be managed in a more considered and strategic way.

Also, it is normally possible to take a proportion of your fund as a tax-free lump sum called Pension Commencement Lump Sum or phase your income to suit your change in lifestyle as you move from full time employment to retirement.

Tax Relief
We will claim basic tax relief on your behalf and add it to your fund to ensure you benefit from the Government incentive for saving into a pension.
