Budget 2007 Tech Talk summary now available

Yesterday, 21st March 2007, Gordon Brown delivered his eleventh, and, what is widely expected to be, last Budget speech. In what he described as "a Budget to expand prosperity and fairness for Britain's families", the Chancellor announced a number of long-term reforms to build on "the foundation of the longest period of economic stability and sustained growth in our country's history".
