Financial Services Authority (FSA) publishes Consultation Paper

This consultation paper sets out the FSA proposals for regulating all personal pensions including SIPPs. Under the Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA), SIPPs will be regulated for the first time with effect from 6th April 2007.
