Apply Online, or Register and Login


To apply for the James Hay iSIPP, you must first register for access to the James Hay Online service.

The registration process is straightforward and will give you access to an excellent range of tools and information to manage the SIPP.

To register, click the appropriate button opposite. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to login to James Hay Online and apply.

James Hay Online

A tool to help you take full control of your investments online.

James Hay Online is a SIPP and Wrap administration and trading platform for advisers and clients of the James Hay Partnership. It is a secure online service designed to help you maximise the advantages of your SIPP, SSAS or Wrap 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

James Hay Online offers access to a multitude of information and tools including:

  • Valuation and transaction records
    See your investments, cash balance and other assets on one screen, providing you with an up to date valuation and historical record of transaction such as income, benefits taken, and trades in and out.
  • Online trading
    You can buy, sell and switch Investment Centre funds online on a regular or ad hoc basis, including free next day switching.
  • Transaction history
    You can view transactions and specify the time period to tailor the information displayed according to preferences.
  • Secure messaging
    A secure message facility is available which enables you to communicate with us confidentially and securely. It provides a way for you to correspond with us via the click of a button.
  • Easy to use
    James Hay Online is a well-established online system and has gone through extensive end user testing and we believe you will find both the navigation and tools highly intuitive and easy to use.

Not registered for James Hay Online?

By registering for James Hay Online, you will be able to apply for an iSIPP and have access to highly intuitive tools and a wealth of information; both designed to help you manage your investments within your SIPP or Wrap.

To apply for the James Hay iSIPP, you must register for access to the James Hay Online service. You can register by completing a straight-forward, three step registration process.

Step 1

 

Go to jameshay.co.uk/portal and complete
the Adviser Online Registration process.
You will receive an email from James Hay
Partnership in order to verify the email
address entered.

Step 2

To fully activate the account, a Registration
Code willbe sent to you in the post. Enter the
code into theregistration code field displayed
on the James Hay Online home page.

Step 3

You can gain access to your client records
through the Request client access tool in
the ‘What do you want to do?’ section on the
home page.
All client access requests submitted to
James Hay Partnership will have to go through
a validation process before access is granted.

If you registered for James Hay Online but have forgotten your password and passcode, you can contact us on 0845 850 4455 and reset this information using your memorable data supplied.
