JHIC is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Collectively JHIC, JHPT, JHAC and JHWM are referred to as ‘James Hay’.
Collectively IPS Plc and IPS are referred to as ‘The IPS Partnership’.

* The provision of Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) and trustee and/or administration services for SSAS are not regulated by the FSA. Therefore, IPS Pensions Ltd and The IPS Partnership Plc are not regulated by the FSA in relation to these schemes or services.
2. Ownership of companies within the James Hay Partnership and IPS Partnership
All the companies within the James Hay Partnership and IPS Partnership are wholly owned subsidiaries of the IFG Group Plc.
3. Third Party Companies involved in the provision of James Hay Partnership products
The Wrap Offshore Bond is provided and administered by Royal London 360 Insurance Company Limited (Royal London) (registered in the Isle of Man number 053002C).

Royal London is a provider of investment, life assurance and retirement planning products and is regulated by the Isle of Man Government Insurance and Pensions Authority and is a member of the Association of International Life Offices.
Holders of policies issued by Royal London will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme established under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 if it is unable to meet its liabilities to them.
Investors with Royal London receive the protection of the Isle of Man Life Assurance (Compensation to Policyholders) Regulations 1991.
Royal London reserves the right to adjust the return for investment to reflect any levy or charge made on us under the Isle of Man Life Assurance (Compensation of Policyholders) Regulations 1991 or similar legislation.
