Cash Panel
In today’s volatile market conditions, fixed rate accounts can be a great way to achieve both an element of protection and potential growth for investment portfolios. For this reason James Hay can now offer highly competitive fixed rate accounts from leading banks for our sole trustee and wrap products. James Hay has negotiated these competitive rates specifically for our customers. James Hay will be looking to add further accounts from alternative banks over the coming months.
Below are indicative rates available to all SIPP and Wrap (excluding Offshore Bond) clients**.
Please note: The interest rate applied will be the prevailing rate on the day that the money is deposited into the account. This is likely to be 2 to 5 business days after receipt of the application form by James Hay.
Indicative rates as at 17 June 2013
All rates quoted are gross and interest will be paid gross* at the end of the term or at intervals determined by the account provider. The rate applied will be fixed for the full term of the deposit.
All interest rates quoted are AER, which stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and added each year.
All the banks on the Cash Panel reserve the right to withdraw these facilities at any time for new monies. Existing Accounts will then terminate at the end of the current term. It is the responsibility of the Client or Financial Adviser to decide if such an account is a suitable investment option for their own or their client’s plan.
