For financial advisers and investment professionals only
At the James Hay Partnership, our relationship with our introducers is of paramount importance to us and we are committed to supporting your business and assisting you in looking after your clients.
With this in mind, we have the following in place to help.
A dedicated Account Executive
Each financial adviser is allocated a dedicated Account Executive, who will handle all the day to day administration of your clients' plans. The Account Executives are available to answer any queries or questions on everyday administration matters.
A dedicated Business Development Manager
Each financial adviser will have a designated Business Development Manager, who acts as the point of liaison for new business enquiries, technical queries, to provide product information and training, attend meetings, meet with clients where necessary and maintain the relationship.
If you need to find out who your Business Development Manager is you can view our Business Development Region Map by clicking here
The FSA’s paper on Investment Advice and Platforms (March 2010) stated: “We expect firms to undertake due diligence on the platform(s) they intend to use to help ensure the selection is suitable for their clients.” At James Hay we understand that financial advisers have a responsibility to investigate providers on behalf of their clients. If you require further information, please read our Due Diligence Guide.
